VN Home Health Care (“we,” “us”) operates this website to share information about our home health services. This policy explains what happens — and, mostly, what does not happen — to information when you visit.
We do not collect information through this website
This site has no contact forms, intake forms, referral forms, newsletter sign-ups, or accounts of any kind. We do not ask you to type anything into this website. Reaching us means calling (408) 998-0550 or emailing office@vnhomehealthcare.com directly — neither of which passes through this site.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools to track visitors on this site. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
Standard hosting logs
Like virtually every website, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical details — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and server operation. This is standard web infrastructure, not something we review, use for marketing, or share with anyone.
Health information
This website is informational only. It does not collect, transmit, or store any patient or health information, and it is not part of how we deliver care. Health information for people in our care is handled entirely offline, through our clinical intake process, under the privacy protections that already govern our practice.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to outside organizations — for example, health condition resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control and this policy doesn’t cover.
Children
This site is not directed at children and, since it collects nothing from any visitor, does not knowingly collect information from children either.
